Atrocious service! I went to try wedding dresses on, it took them 5 minutes for someone to greet me. I briefly explained what I was looking for, was told all dresses come in whatever colour I wanted. Then the woman disappeared, not to be seen again. I had my elderly future mother in law with me, and there were no seats for her to rest. Definitely a place to avoid!!!!

lovely dresses but order well in advance
I ordered my bridesmaid dresses in oct 2009 for my wedding in july 2010 and was told it should take 3 months. after 4 months the dresses hadn't arrived and spoke to the shop and was told due to the bad snow in winter it had delayed all orders but the dresses should be another month. another month came and no dresses, rang the shop again and was fobbed off with another delay story and was told they would be another month. 6 months after i ordered the 2 dresses they finally arrived and fitted perfectly and looked great. i also got my wedding dress from the same shop and bought it in their sale it originally cost £850 and was down to £499 and i haggled a further £100 off the price!!!!

Don't use them if you want a stress free wedding.
I ordered my wedding dress back in november, was told that it would be in in April. No wedding dress. I called them and they stated, no the ash cloud had delayed the order and that it would be in in the middle of May. Middle of May came. No dress. called them again and they stated there was still a delay and that it would be in in June. Again no dress. I have called them on numerous occasions to be fobbed of with all sorts of excuses. My partner has even started calling them on my as he can see my frustration. We are now in July and they said the dress will either be in in the middle of July or the end. I am getting married in August and will probably cancel the order as I have no confidence in anything they tell me so why should I beleive that the dress will be here on time. They are extremley condiscending, when they say @don't worry love you've got a couple of weeks yet. Our tailoresses are on stand by to turn dresses around over night' How reassuring is that?
