We have a property as a pension fund and it was good to let someone else do all the worrying for this. We just let them get on with it and we get the rent every month without doing anything.. They were nice people to deal with not pushy, fast efficient very helpful and got us a good rent, we were very pleased indeed Chris Johns

Great Service and a fast LET
After trying to market my rental property myself and not getting anywhere for 6 weeks I contacted Bridgeman Lettings and was greeted with a friendly voice on the phone who was more than happy to assist with the rental of the property. I met with a representative of Bridgeman Lettings at the house who was very enthusiastic about a quick let and to my surprise a tenant was found after only 7 days. After having my property empty for 6 weeks this was great news. The whole process was simple and the chap dealing with it for me kept me up to speed the whole way right up until the day the new tenants moved in. I have already recommended Bridgeman Lettings to my brother who has a property portfolio and looking forward to receiving my 1st month’s rent. Thank you for all your help.
