Really good session, that helped us tidy up some of the mistakes we had made. 22.03.24 - Just had to call 0844 892 3927 as when trying to log into my BrightHR account the screen showed 'You no longer have access to your Bright account' - thankfully Kirsty Ambrose was swiftly able to correct this, advising it was due to an end date not being carried over their end - she apologised for the inconvenience caused and reset and I am able to now log in - thank you.

I was appointed Joshua as our Trainee Key Account Manager. He did the initial online training with us which was really good. However the further help and support that Josh has given me in getting up and running has been invaluable and exemplary . He has been really patient when I am sure that the question I ask had an obvious understanding, but even more important very quick to respond to my query and on the phone when I have need further explanation. I feel his help has made the implementation of the system so much easier. I also like the fact that even now we are up and running I have someone who I can go to and know I will get good ongoing support.

The only complaint was the registration email took a while to arrive but that could have been our IT being honest. Everything else was smooth as silk and intuitive. I went through our online training with Niqua for the BrightHR and BrightSafe system. The training was really helpful, I had run through some of the bits on the system myself before the training but the training helped to make sense of things, such as the holiday entitlement and removing part of the system that would not apply to our business. I had an onboarding session with Raffaella Sinamtwa yesterday and unfortunately, my experience was completely different from most reviews. Raffaella's introduction to Bright HR felt like a script that had to be narrated without interruptions. Asking questions was difficult and felt unwelcome. The few times I did manage to ask her replies came across as annoyed. Yet she was polite and courteous. She managed to do the whole onboarding from Bright HR in 15min as we gave up asking questions and interacting soon after the session started. If you have experience with software in general, Bright HR is a very straightforward software and has a very intuitive interface.

I received an Intro to BrightHR from Darren Greenwood. It was great as an initial overview of the system. I have just joined an organisation and introduced to BrightHR and of course with practice the platform will become more intuitive for me. I look forward to maybe having another session with Darren at some point in the not too distant future to make sure everything has sunk in. And because in my role as Head of HR I need to make sure the organisation is using BrightHR to its full potential which we aren't currently. I had an online training session with Darren Greenwood today which was really useful. I had started to use the BrightHR with some success already but Darren's insight really filled in any gaps and he was very clear about what other useful sections I can use like, reports, documents, rotas etc. These are on there for Admins and Managers to use. he was very clear in his explanations, friendly and welcoming, also very funny. Not laughed like that in a while. I found Darren's training amazing and clear and would have no hesitation in recommending Darren and Bright HR to anyone, especially if this is the kind of people they have at BrightHR.

The initial migration was delayed by two weeks from the date I was originally told, holding up other processes. There was a minor error with the migrating of the data but one that the online software seemed unable to resolve (had to contact Bright to change an email address). My training session with Darren Greenwood lasted around 35 minutes a few weeks ago. It was very insightful and fun, the HR software is very intuitive. Darren was able to show me all the important steps required for setting up, has sent me webinars for Blip, but also went through it with me in a separate training as the webinar wasnt that clear if I am honest. As my account manager he has been extremely helpful, if I have questions he answers them. Most people say they will be helpful and you can contact them, yet they aren't. But Darren always replies to my emails or calls me if I request to go in depth over anything I require. It really is nice to know there's someone I can speak to directly. I feel very positive about using this new software and the future updates that will be rolled out. I really appreciate the supportive attitude of Darren at BrightHR.

My training session with Mohammed Rahman lasted around 45 minutes. It was very helpful and the HR software seems intuitive and helpful. Mohammed was able to help me make a correction, show all the important steps required for setting up, has sent me webinars for further training and he will be the account manager which means if I have questions, there's someone I can speak to directly. I feel very positive about using this new software and appreciate the supportive attitude of BrightHR and Mohammed

Bright HR is a straightforward system to use. It allows you upload documents, it is easy to run repots. I am able to log on expenses, annual leave, overtime, print documents and many other features. You get HR advice with the Package and can access many documents and Templates. I had a very good training session with Darren buck and I am ready to crack on using the Database.

I had an online training session with Hanaan Parkinson Ramsbottom today which was really useful. I had started to use the BrightHR app etc with some success already but Hanaan's training session really filled in any gaps and she was very clear about what other useful sections are on there for Admins to use. She was very clear in her explanations, friendly and welcoming - I found the training very good and clear and would have no hesitation in recommending Hanaan and Bright HR to anyone.
