An important update. ***
Have you read the other review by David MacDougall? If so you should also read this one. It is also by David MacDougall, the same person, that's me. This website provides no way to edit or delete my previous review so here is an update. Since this first review a lot has happened. The most important thing is that Bruno invited me back to Brighton. Despite what I had written about his company, his team provided me with a first class service, and through a number of return visits resolved the problems I was experiencing. I would like to thank Bruno for changing my view of his clinic but also for taking the extra time to provide me with an implant that now works. I would now recommend this clinic because when problems arise, and they do, I want to feel that there will be someone to listen and resolve them. After all, it is the end result that counts! Thank you.

A poor choice
All I wanted was to replace an old posted crown that I'd been living with for over 20 years without any problems. After the implant was fitted I have been left with a lisp when talking and the continual sensation that the implant crown is loose, which I believe is due to the gaps. Be careful not to believe all the marketing presented by this clinic. I was passed between 3 different dentists, had 4 attempts to get an implant crown made, that were even close to fitting correctly, and after trying to resolve the problems, the final word from Bruno was "An implant crown works in a different way and can feel different. ... You do have a tooth there which I believe to be as good as it can be." On their website it states: "Dental Implants feel like natural teeth as they are inserted into the jaw bone so are fixed and strong just like natural teeth." so naturally with the promise of "Advanced Dentistry" I expected something that works in both form and function, like a natural tooth. At the very least I would have been happy with something as good as my 20 year old posted crown. The finished result does neither! On consideration I would not recommend this clinic, and wish that I had gone somewhere else, because now I have to find another dentist who works with the same implant systems, and can replace the one I currently have fitted. Don't be fooled by the promise of cheap implants, after return visits and now the cost of additional work to get it right, the final cost will be more than other options.
