Customer service

Had a bit of an incident this week, as my taxi turned up 45 mins late,and the driver was very rude. I contacted the manager in the evening, and was told I would be given a full refund the next day. In the morning the manager called me to apologise profusely and promised to drop my money round my home later. He kept his word, and made such an effort to come to my home and deliver the money! I genuinely did not care about getting ,y money back, it was just the level of service the manager gave me. He has really made me realise that there are some good companies in Bristol. I have now placed this taxi firm on my speed dial as I am so impressed by their service and I am sure that I will to have any issues with them, judging by the level of mean they took to restore my faith. It all about the recovery and I am very satisfied. Many thanks
