Apprentices left unsupervised

We hired him to plumb our new build. At the start of the job he didn't arrive when he said, so the soil pipe couldn't be fit as the roof went on. His team almost plumbed our waste into the rainwater drain. We had the floor screeded and his toilet pipes were lower than the screed, We found kinks in his UFH pipes, when we told him he said we were lying and threatened to walk off the job. He missed an important deadline and said we weren't a priority. He also put UFH pipes in sections we told him not to, which lead us to have to dig pipes out of the screed. he never showed up when he said he would and he sent young lads that weren't qualified and still in college. They installed our flue upside down and used silicone to seal it - this could have killed us. Sensing the job wasn't going well he attempted to overcharge us, I pulled him on this and he continued to try and make us over pay and when we quizzed him further he walked off the job. We later negotiated a significantly reduced bill.
