British Karate & Kickboxing Association is your karate and kickboxing centre in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Our association runs family oriented clubs with students ranging in age from 4 to 70 years old. Many of our students have achieved success in tournaments throughout the world. BKKA has guided students to 41 World Titles in all aspects of Martial Arts, as well as have produced many Champions of Britain and the USA amongst its ranks. We'll do our best to help you achieve your goals. Kickboxing is a fast paced, dynamic and fun sport. Students will learn how to Punch and kick effectively, Evade, Parry, Defend against punches and kicks and ultimately how to transfer these skills into light continuous sparring. In both of our styles of Martial Arts students will also work on Discipline, Confidence, Fitness, Strength, Power, Balance, Flexibility and Speed as well as making friends for life and being part of a team.
