Modern British Restaurant in Guildford

Britten's restaurant opened its doors in November 2013,and has received rave reviews since.

Having appeared on BBC's MasterChef in 2008 and gained a Cordon Bleu diploma in French cookery at Tante Marie in Woking, Daniel thought it was time to bring some innovative cooking to Guildford. Found within a two minute stroll from the cobbled High Street, a stone's throw from Guildford Castle, Britten's is proud to serve modern British cuisine, seasonal produce, all freshly prepared and cooked to order.

As an independent restaurant we can work outside the box, so if you require a venue for private events, corporate breakfast mornings or The chef's table experience, please get in contact with us for more information. We are always open to suggestions and willing to accommodate your requirements.

Our wine menu is created by an independent vintner & specially selected to match Daniel's Cuisine. As a Mid-week treat why not come and enjoy 20% off these carefully selected wines for ‘We Love Wine Wednesdays'.

Britten's Saturday brunch club is open from 10-2 pm, serving everything from light breakfasts to our renowned Britten's full English. The perfect way to start your weekend off with family and friends, or just you and the morning paper.

The Pre theatre set menu is proving to be a real hit with early diners. Serving from 5 - 7 pm Tuesday -Thursday prior to an evening out in our beautiful town of Guildford.

For those wanting a more relaxed evening meal, you will be spoilt for choice with our A la Carte menu. Just make sure that, following on from whatever you've chosen for your undoubtedly delicious main course, you've still got some room to tuck into our excellent ‘Sweet Shop' dessert menu.
