Shoddy installation
Brockley Glass were helpful and responsive when measuring, quoting and booking in the fitting of our window, and offered a good price. However, they failed to turn up on the day arranged for the installation, and gave no warning of this, requiring us to take another day's leave. On the second attempt, the installation was completed quickly, but on later inspection we discovered the window had not been sealed correctly and was left loose in its frame. After numerous requests to correct this over several weeks, we eventually gave up and arranged for the window to be sealed ourselves. Would not recommend, and would not use this business again.

Poor Service
A few years ago, I ordered bespoke French doors from the company and found their service to be quite poor. They managed to 'lose' the design for the order and left out a top light opening for the doors, but still charged for it. They were very unhelpful when I asked for the opening to be fitted and tried to claim that I had never asked for it and they took over 2 weeks after the initial lead team to rectify the matter. I reluctantly placed a recent small order for part of a casement window replacement and after being told it would be ready in 2 weeks, I have now been informed that the order wasn't progressed (perhaps not important enough for them) and will now take an additional 2-3 weeks. If I hadn't called to check, they still wouldn't have bothered to tell me and offered no apology only stating they're busy. I was planning a full replacement of timber windows throughout my property later this year and after this second experience will use someone else. I have had bespoke folding sliding patio doors made and installed recently and the customer service was far superior. I would also hesitate to give them any large job as they are clearly working beyond capacity and hence the poor service.

satisfied customer
Yes, they are a bit difficult to get hold of but it was worth the wait. They were punctual, efficient, polite, cheerful and left no mess. Am definitely recommending them and will use them again for more jobs when I have saved up.

A good job
I had just one window replaced - a small job for them. But they were helpful, pleasant and did a good job. I'm just about to use them again, so will see which of the two reviews here best describes service at Brockley Glass.
