What can I say? I was totally sceptical that a 40-something overweight woman with tennis elbow could achieve what I have in only 3 months. Brodie is totally likeable, there for me and my results and would recommend him to anyone - in fact I have as he's now training my 17 year old son who's getting great results to achieve his own body build goals.
