On-site laboratory training packages

We offer a number of training packages, intended to be delivered on-site, for basic laboratory techniques, quality, gas chromatography and liquid chromatography. We also offer a fixed price "Training assessment" package and will advise on the use of 3rd party training providers.

Consultancy

Consultancy by an analytical chemist for analytical chemists! By someone who understands what it is like working in a laboratory and the practical problems that laboratories working in the real world face. Do you have a problem with quality, instruments or methods? We offer a fixed price package to investigate and evaluate the problem. Have you lost an experienced member of staff? We offer our Bronze, Silver and Gold packages to small laboratories (up to 10 employees) who are in this position and need additional knowledge and skills "on tap" while they recruit or train someone to replace them.

Method development and validation

We are able to offer method development and validation on your own premises avoiding the need for re-validation at the method transfer stage. Our supervisory package for method development can be offered on a "Planned Pricing" basis. Our hand-on package is offered on a daywork basis. Please contact us for further details. Laboratory coaching and turnaround

Is your laboratory not performing as well as you would like it to? Sometimes the problem is obvious and easy to correct but on other occasions you are left wondering what has gone wrong. If the problem relates to quality, methods, instruments or training we will help your laboratory to improve. Please note that we will not undertake work related to cases of suspected or confirmed employee misconduct, disciplinary action, workplace disputes and especially cases of suspected fraud and other criminal activity or financial irregularity.

Quality

Everyone has a quality management system but do they have a quality culture? Regulation, while often essential, is not quality and a system that is highly regulated may still have high quality costs if the quality culture is poor. We can provide training in the basic issues of a quality culture and provide a "critical friend" to look at your system.
