About us at Brook Lane Physiotherapy Clinic

The clinic has been established since 1988and is situated in the Brook Lane Medical Centre(Doctor's Surgery).

We see patients privately and have held the NHS Physiotherapy contract for the surgery since 1992.

We tailor our appointments and opening hours to suit our patients and strive to offer the best care to ensure rehabilitation of the whole body to facilitate healthy living and fitness.

We serve a wide area being on the border of the Portsmouth and Southampton telephone directories, we are within 5 minutes walk of Swanwick Railway station in Park Gate and a mile by car from Junction 9 the Whiteley junction of the M27.The recently built Fareham Community Hospital is 100 yards from the Surgery which has added a new bus route (see Location) that serves the Locks Heath, Warsash area going into Whiteley and to Fareham via Segensworth.

We offer a variety of holistic services which include Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Therapeutic and Sports Massage, and Pilates. All the Physiotherapists are Members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (MCSP) and registered with the HPC (Health Professions Council) with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience.

Patients come to see us for treatment in various ways they may be referred by a solicitor or intermediary following a car accident(whiplash causing neck pain),by their Orthopaedic consultant or Gp or self referral. The clinic is a registered provider for BUPA, AXA PPP and many other health insurance companies please check with your medical insurance before booking an appointment.

We treat a wide range of conditions from back pain (including sciatica and sacro-iliac joint problems) to Sports Injuries such as hamstring tears and calf sprains, Tendon problems are also commonly seen such as tennis elbow and the Supraspinatous tendon in the shoulder. Acupuncture for pain relief may be offered as part of your treatment plan and has been shown to be beneficial for many conditions, osteoarthritis of the knees being an example.

We are open at 8am Monday to Friday and till 8.30pm Monday to Wednesday.
