We love our new home all the lads worked very hard bang on time and saved us loads of money on bathrooms and kitchen . Jason was brill come to site when I got home even late at night because I was at work . Brill lads thanks for dream home !!!

The work is of exceptional quality
Brooke Renovation began an extensive project at our house in october 2008. this involves replumbing, rewiring and making some internal and external alterations to the listed 1750's house and building a large new extension to provide kitchen, utility, double garage and bedroom with ensuite. A court yard and patio were also created and the front garden landscaped. The work is of exceptional quality. The main house is listed and extreme care has been taken to match the stone and slates of the new build to that of the origanal house. So much so that it is difficult to tell which part has been added. We get people stopping us outside the house commenting on the work that has been done. The internal refurbishment involved conversion of the old kitchen to downstairs bathroom and gym/bedroom, relocation of the cellar entrance and stairs, creation of minstels gallery, new porch and fitting a new kitchen, utility rooms and bathrooms. The suppliers used by Brooke Renovation have also provided excellent service and high quality products throughout. we lived through the building work anf the team from Brooke Renovation have been fantastic in working around our family. they are professional and responsive and very experienced, interpreting our architecs drawings in a way that has enhanced the final result. we are absolutelt delighted with the quality of the work from this team - their skill with oak and stone has produced an exceptional result. Every one who has seen the house is ameazed at the transformation. The project has been larger than origanally scoped as we added further work to a team who came to know and trust. I would have no reservation in recommending Broke Renovation to others.

Hard to believe
I'm sat here in total shock at the comments made above. Brooke renovations 5 year ago build our family a beautiful farm house. We have nothing but admiraration for Jason & his company for his style and first class workmanship & how nothings never too much trouble. On call for you 24/7. 5 years on our house is still as beautiful And solid as when built with no problems what so ever. We would invite any of brooke renovations potential clients to view our property. We were that impressed we asked Brooke Renovations back to built us two 3 & 4 bedroom houses,which also can be viewed and are stunning. Next year were looking for our next development and without question the job will go to Brooke Renovation. It has been a pleasure working with Jason & his team. Were looking forward to our next build. So to hear the statements in the review above is so out of charactor. We researched Brooke renovations and viewed his workmanship before we gave the go ahead 5 years ago we were very impressed then and even more so now.

Highly recommended
My wife & I had a complete new build, built by Brooke Renovation, which started two years ago & was completed eight months later. The property is a 4 bedroomed detatched house, Jason the MD kept us informed of the progress of the build on a daily basis right from the start & worked with us & the architects on any alterations we wanted to make, He was a great help to us both as we had little or no experience in the building trade, We are now planning our second project & shall certainly be using Brooke Renovation again

Great Job
In reading the review above I cannot believe it! Brooke Renovation undertook a conversion of one of my properties last year and did a fantastic job! The conversion was of a grade 2 listed building to a 4 bed house, it took around 9 months to complete and the company provided all works as per the architects drawings. My wife an I live in the property now and all I can say is that I am more than happy with the result!
