Poor Service
I had an appointment and when i turned up at the store it was closed. The very next day i went back to find out what was going on. I had to wait along with another customer until the Person working there came finally out the back room to see us. To then be told rudely to wait until she has time to speak to us. Not a sorry, please or would you mind. The other customer left the store straight away in disbelief about the rough/ rude service. Soon after i was explained to, that the person on duty never turned up. I asked for a new appointment, as things like that can happen. I was told i could be seen if i waited a little while. You would think after being messed around, i should be prioritised. I was very wrong thinking so, she rather prioritised walk ins. Why would you priorities customer without an appointment, after you let a customer with appointment down? So i agreed but 5 minutes later she told me in a very rude and patronising tone, that she doesn't appreciate me waiting, but if i have to i could. What a bad customer service, to be talked to like i have been in the wrong and i am an inconvenience. She couldn't have been more annoyed or patronising to me if she tried.

Accused of stealing!!!
Asked how much it was to have my eyebrows dyed and threaded and she said £18.00, they only take cash, so i went to get the cash, went back to the shop, sat down and she said last time i went there i did not pay! I do not live in Andover and said i did not know what she was talking about she said we have cctv footage of you not paying, i asked her to apologise to me for accusing me of something i have nothing to do with and she refused, she said then it was someone who looks like you! Disgusting! I left in floods of tears. I have never stolen anything in my life! What an awful way to treat a customer! Will never set foot in here ever again!
