Avoid at all costs
Paid deposit for a car was promised would be MOT'd and ready to drive away. 400mile trip took for a test drive,steering wheel at a terrible angle as they hadn't fixed tracking. Should have walked away now but unfortunately i didnt, drove home(400 miles back) and then the problems. The exhaust started leaking,bodged repair, cv split-bodged repair. Was promised just had timing belt and service... the oil filter was so rusty i cant believe it. Booked into a Audi specialist and the repair bill for everything came to a few thousand pounds, Bryan fosters could not care less. Avoid at all costs

Happy female driver
I traded in my 5 year old small car as a direct swop for a bigger one. The customer service was second to none - all staff where very friendly. After driving the car for a week I noticed the turbo felt a Little flat. One phone call later and one week - all probs fixed with no hassle or stress ! I have been to many garages but I must say I will always use this one from now on. 10/10 and honest boot you can't ask for better.

Conman
Bought a car from this garage £6,300. Had car less than 6 hours and turbo issues evident. Car shaking on idle and smoke coming out of back. Returned car and did not see it for a week whilst he tried to repair it(on the cheap)! Picked up after 7 days only to find exact same issues. Asked for money back on car to no avail. Would not return money as he said he had spent too much money on the car. Promises were made that the car would be fixed in the next 5 days. This did not happen and with the threat of trading standards put to him he decided to give money back. However did not pay all of the money back. Buyers BEWARE.

AT YOUR OWN PERIL
Not long ago (SEPT 2012) i had bought a car off these well had it for 2 month and the timing tensioner went but the problems didn't stop there. I had tried to deal with them but they seemed to just deny any responsibility that I've been sold a complete PUP. This car was only 7 year old with 70k miles on with the belt previously replaced. I had to dig in my own pocket to get the car fixed or go through a long process of taking him to trading standards and then court. Repairing the damage done by the failed tensioner was £1200 but from that the fly wheel was also needing to be replaced at £800 after the car still had driving issues. I lost over £2k in repairs plus another 1k in value when I sold it 3 month after buying. There cars are not that cheap, I bought from them as I wanted piece of mind but ended up with a headache and nearly skint.

Would not recommend
I bought an used car from bryanfoster last year (2010). I haven't driven 2000 miles yet but have spent £2000 fixing that car in addition to the £3000 I spent in buying it
