Brystone BMW - Just excellent
I have had recurring problems with my 2007 BMW mini. Even though Brystone seems to have lots of very snazzy M3's and M5's parked outside waiting for work, the guys there have always been more than happy to give my modest mini one the same exceptional treatment. As a female, I always worry about being ripped off and conned but I feel totally secure at Brystone, in fact, one a couple of occasions my warning lights have illuminated, i've taken it to Brystone and after inspection there has been nothing worng, no work required and they've not charged for the diagnostics and time they've taken to check. I really can't praise them enough. I will never take my mini anywhere else, and if I ever have a snazzy BMW i'll take that there too!

Brystone BMW are a breath of fresh air. They fitted my car in for repair at short notice and could not have been more helpful or courteous - what a nice change! They did exactly what they said they would do and charged exactly what they said they would - which was very competitive. When the car was ready they also pointed out something else that needed doing very soon and I have already been back to them to have it sorted. Great service, competitive prices, smart workshop, clean and comfortable customer waiting room. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will happily go back to them in future. And before you think other wise, I do not work for them, I do not know them socially, and I have no links with their friends either! . Review date Nov 2010
