Rude and unsympathetic
When I had a lesson with this company, the lesson was with David, and was quite a good lesson overall. David was polite, kind and a good instructor. After the lesson had ended, me and David arranged another driving lesson on the following Monday, I had yo ring him up later and confirm. That Saturday, my uncle died suddenly and so with my money I had to arrange a few things and did not have any left for the lesson. I emailed the company to let them know that I was cancelling the lesson, as I didn't have enough money. However, the email wasn't put through to them until Monday making it look like I never have enough notice. I was told by David, after office hours, that I had to ring up and pay, he threatened me with legal action if I didn't, the next night I spoke to the manager, who was rude and unsympathetic. This company is rude, arrogant and unsympathetic. They are now making me look like a constant liar and I'm considering giving up lessons because of them.

Very poor Knowledge Transfer
We have worked with one of their instructor named Elaine. She took my wife out on drive for 50 hours but never tried to cover everything. We always had to ask her if she can teach something new to her but knowledge transfer was very very poor. We paid them £1000 and then ultimately decided to move away from them because it wasn't worth paying them anymore. Overall they are very poor when it comes to fast learning and if you want to get passed quickly. I will not recommend them to anybody. Please make sure you choose your instructor carefully and keep an eye on how much they teach you everyday rather than just taking you on a drive :)
