AVOID - Scam

Buchans for Towbars & Repairs Ltd is used to run a scam with their sister business 4x4 Hire Scotland. 4x4 Hire Scotland refuse to use their insurance even when they provided me a vehicle with a chipped windscreen which then cracked when I used the window heater. I conveniently received an invoice from Buchans for Towbars & Repairs Ltd which is also owned by Ewan Buchan for this damage which I did not cause outside of using the vehicles normal mechanics. This invoice was not surprisingly higher than online quotes since they could contractually charge me anything they liked under the 4x4 Hire Contract. I’m not sure what their quality is like however on the basis Ewan Buchan run’s this scam to rip off their customers I would strongly suggest you avoid use reputable business/trades men.
