poor!

Well where do I start with this company?? I have recently moved into a property with Buckley and Frayne, after paying a hefty £225 referencing fee and deposit & months rent I finally got my keys!! on my viewing the flat was dirty but Buckley and Frayne promised to "get their cleaning team" before I moved in. I opened the door to find my flat stank of what appeared to be mouldy eggs and I was partly right although I could not distinguish what had caused the mould to grow all over the fridge ........ but this was not the only problem the "cleaning team" obviously did not know how to flush the toilet as a generous sized present had been left floating for my arrival!! the general dust, suspicious stains on certain parts on the furniture and mucky carpets where the least of my worries! I then rang Buckley and Frayne and after leaving various messages with an extremely rude girl I then received a phone call from mr Frayne himself!! I FELT PRIVALIGED ....... for him to kiss his own a** and deny all allegations to me and tell me how good his own company is and how he had such good reviews. which is how I got here ....... I read the reviews ..... realised they had wrote them all themselves........ and wrote my own! do not get stuck in a 12 month contract with Manchester's worst estate agents!!
