Poorest customer service ever received
Considering the site claims for professional and polite service that is far from what I received. When ringing to enquire about an urgent removal, I wasn't informed the man on the phone was driving but when trying to arrange to use his service (which I would have used again the following week) he was downright rude! I was having difficulty uhearing the man on the phone and he replied with hostility shouting 'Because I'm bloody driving!' I would certainly not recommend this service to anybody. A friendly, polite and professional service, obviously. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating.
