Build4 ltd is the one stop shop for all your property needs, we have a team of highly skilled tradesmen ranging from decorators to electricians and we are also gas safe registered, we can carry out anything from a full refurbishment to a new build, loft & garage conversion to a boiler change, having our own in house tradesmen enables us to carry out each job fast and efficently.
Feedback form our customers is that the team is professional, knowledgeable, approachable and reliable. As we don't employ subcontrators jobs are neber held up by people not being on site on time, so our projects just flow from one stage to the next making the experience stress-free for our clients.

We also have our cleaning division that are always on hand to give ever job a finishing sparkle, they also carry out a weekly clean to a one off deep clean.
The cleaning division also do commercial work such as office units to builders cleans for new development site.

Our other sector of the company is let4, this has been but in place for our customers who choose to invest in propert. We have a package in place were the all the customer has to do is sit back and watch thier investment grow.
We will find the property, if need be sort out finance, carry out any work then find a tenant and then we property manage it for them.
