Water damage remediation
I called this company when I found that my hot water tank had been leaking badly for two days. A large area of carpet, as well as some drywall and trim had been soaked. A team arrived within a couple of hours and proceeded to remove the drywall trim and under-pad, to clean/disinfect everything and to dry the basement. They came back two days later to ensure the work was done right and that there were no signs of moisture.

Painting
We hired this company to paint 1 bedroom , basement ,kitchen and all of the trim and doors in our house. They were able to accommodate our specific time constraints and start the very next day. The painters were very professional and paid special attention to all details.

Pre-Painting of Railings for Large Deck
As a large carpentry company, from time to time we have unique jobs that require specialized painting. I hired out this company to stain around 250 cedar spindles and 32 hand-rails that were to be installed on a back yard deck. They did a great job and the finished product was great

Drain Inspection
I wanted to know the state of my drains before doing a basement renovation - better to know if there is a water problem BEFORE you put down new flooring :o) I had an inspection of the drainage system from the house out to the street - saw that there were no tree roots interfering outside but discovered a broken clay drain under the bathroom floor which I will get repaired before investing in new flooring. The friendly workman took plenty of time to show me the drains via the camera and was very helpful.

electrical repairs
I have had electrical problems in the past, and this time I wanted to make sure it was done right. This company, sent John to install my new bathroom lighting fixture and some hallway pot lights. They arrived on time, with everything they need and were very careful with the fixture when installing. The pot lights were installed just where I wanted them and looked great! I recommend them to anyone with electrical problems or just need a simple installation.
