Plans and permit for basement renovation
We were looking to renovate our unfinished basement, reconfigure the heating system, and add a new separate entrance. The designer and the project manager were very helpful in explaining all of the important factors to consider, allowing us to tailor our own process, and guiding us through the various choices to be made. The plans came together quickly, and the permit almost instantly. Highly recommended!

Basement
A dream come true - Goodbye to the 70s fake panelling, the ugly ceiling tiles, the 50s bathroom with the concrete walls, and the myriad pipes and wires dangling from the floorboards over the washer. The team have transformed a dreary old basement into a warm and welcoming family room with a beautifully tiled bathroom and laundry with custom paintwork throughout.

Replacement of Kitchen Faucet
Tech arrived when scheduled. He was very professional and efficient he replaced the faucet in under an hour. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend this company to others.

Painting
This company's team - from dedicated project manager to painting team - took care of every detail to give life back to the walls of our Victorian home. The 2 bedroom, living room, dining room and 2-floor hallway painting project on original plaster walls was completed quicker than expected and without a drop of paint in the wrong spot. The project was quickly accommodated to work around our schedule with competitive pricing.

New eaves, soffit and fascia
This company has been one of the most reliable companies we have employed and it is difficult to find a contractor who you know that you can trust completely to provide excellent results without cutting any corners. The quality of work is excellent and they take great attention to detail and do not attempt to race through a project to get it done and get out. They are organized, efficient, representable and reliable, and in addition they take all the necessary safety precautions, as well as fully cleaning up at the end of the job and not leaving any garbage. Drain, pipe replacement
In simple everyday terms they explained the problem to me and how they were going to fix it. I did not feel like I was going to be "taken" or scammed with unneccessary repairs. I have finally found a plumber I can trust and I will use them again in the future.

amazing crafsmanship
Their craftsmanship and attention to detail has allowed us to relax and enjoy the process as it progressed. They assembled a first class team of professionals to design, build, decorate and landscape the house. The results exceeds our expectations in every way but remained within budget and time constraints. They were paying attention to all details.
