bad experience-unprofessional work

The first impression was very good. Everything was explained to me a good understanding "price, time limits and work that was going to be getting done to fit my stove." LATER A GOOD IMPRESSION BECOMING A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Who likes long wait and a feels that their customs is nothing" who ever likes this service and will be satisfied. I WAS NOT SATISFIED with BURNING CURIOSITY in Ormskirk service, the work lasted very long and with difficulties - PROBLEMS WITH ORDERING some part of stove, PROBLEMS WITH FITTING (worker who has been sent out had not a idea how to fit the stove and ending up braking my stove), POOR COMMUNICATION (when I phoned the office and ask about stove I always get told the boss will call me same day and he never did call me, always next day) and UNPROFESSIONAL WORK-TEAM. Finally when I wanted some sort of discount for inconvenience it was suggested to me very ridiculous discount (from £2459, he gave me discount of £59). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
