after sales service not good
We bought what we thought was a lovely wood burner and to be fair it suits us. But after a year the internal fire brick corroded and we sought a replacement. It transpired that the wood burner we bought was in fact obsolete and Burning Inspiration after sales service or its shortfalls came to light. After six months or more countless e-mail from me Burning Inspirations confessed that they could not get replacements. But they offered both a hand made replacement and a chimney clean. Again this was not a pleasant experience insofar that the chimney was not cleaned at all and when we started to light the burner we found the chimney was blocked with soot etc and we got another sweep in to clean the chimney. so all in all not the best service from a local firm and we shall not be using them again.

Absolutely fantastic!
Having moved into our home and having lots of building work and decorating going on, it has been quite a stressful time for us, but having Burning Inspirations recommended to us by a work colleague, has made this part of our project and absolute dream. From our initial conversations and emails, to Nick visiting and advising us (as we had no clue and never had a wood burning stove or any type of fire place before!!) through to the installation, it has been a pleasure to deal with all the team at Burning Inspirations. Our new look fireplace has transformed our lviing room and we would not have chosen the stove or other parts of the fireplace to get the look we have now without the expert advise. Also, unlike some competitors, Burning Inspirations saved us a lot of money by not presuming the chimney needed lining and it turned out it didnt!!!! I can highly recommend Burnig Inspirations to anyone looking for help, advise and evetual installation!!!!!

Toasty warm
Coming highly recommended from a friend, I am pleased to have made the decision to use this company to buy my new wood burning stove from. The showroom houses an extensive range of products, coupled with a team who listen to what you want, which made choosing our new stove a pleasure. The impressive intstallation team made the fitting look easy and left my cream lounge spotless.... I would highly recommend Burning Inspirations to anyone.

Faultless
A rare service indeed. Good advice at the showroom, unusually based on what we wanted. No fuss ordering and site survey. Installation of two gas fires carried out by skilled people who did an excellent job, including difficult re-routing of unsightly pipes. The fires look great. Highly recommended.

Hot stuff!!
The service I have received from Burning inspirations so far has been exemplary. The showroom has a wide variety of stoves and the one we chose was great value for money. The sales team were friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the installation team who were excellent and so clean and professional that you would not have known they had been to the house. I am more than happy to recommend Burning Inspirations to people in the future.

Excellent
We have wanted a chimney breast, fire, tv over the top, hidden wires for a long time and fell upon burning inspirations by mistake but using them certainly wasn't. They listened to what you want, the on site craftsmen were just that and they didn't mind my angry adolescent dog which was a bonus. We chose our fire place and within 6 weeks the installation was complete, Lisa and Nick know there stuff and I would recommend them to anyone who wants this kind of thing.

Delighted!
Having waited years to get a burner sorted out I was really pleased with the service from Burning Inspirations. The help and advice I received was great. The installation service itself was very straightforward - no mess, no bother, very considerate and all done in pretty horrid weather conditions. All the people I spoke to were really helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering installing a burner or upgrading an existing one. Very, very pleased and now very grateful too as my house is so much warmer!

Exceptional
We have been extremely impressed by the team at Burning Inspirations. The showroom has the best range of fireplaces on display that we have seen in our extensive search. Lisa absolutely knows her stuff, listened very carefully to our needs, and courteously offered the advice we needed without ever pressurising us. Once we had chosen our fireplace, a very professional survey was carried out by Nick, who again offered excellent advice. The installation service by Adam and Perry was exemplary. They took great pride in what they were doing, and were exceptionally pleasant and considerate in the way they worked. On their own initiative they suggested ways in which an existing and unsightly gas pipe could be concealed, and the finished result was even better than we had anticipated. The whole team deserves success.

Job well done!
We have been absolutely delighted with our recent purchase and installation of our new Gazco fire. Lisa, Nick and the two installers, without exception, gave excellent service, notably, taking care to listen to 'what we thought we wanted (!) ' and guiding us through the design, technical (fitting) and availability issues. The Burning Inspirations whole team are first and foremost customer focused, they really did want to understand and deliver a fire that was right for us and they did just that. No hesitation in recommending this brilliant team at Burning Inspirations.

Contemporary Wood Burning Stove
Very impressive showroom, very impressive family run business. This husband and wife team immediately filled us with confidence that they really knew what they were talking about. We are very environmentally conscious and were instantly informed by the owners of the choices of wood burning stoves available to us. We were particularly impressed by the advice given and range of working stoves and fires that were on show. This made it so easy for us to make our decision. Three days later we had a survey carried out at our home. Two weeks after that we had our new stove installed and have been happily toasting our toes ever since. Burning Inspirations own fitters were professional, polite and left our lounge as clean as they found it. Burning Inspirations is for you if you insist on a quality product and service. Installation of a Wood Burning Stove
Knowing virtually nothing about wood burning stoves the friendly, impartial help and advice my wife and I received from Burning Inspirations was crucial in helping us select the most appropriate model for the environment in which we were planning to use it. Their large, well laid out display area contained an enormous range of stoves, many of which were actually working, a feature which proved extremely helpful in the overall selection process. Finally, having decided on the particular model we wanted, the actual installation was carried out by Burning Inspirations own fitters. Before starting work they covered all other furniture in the room with dust-sheets, and throughout the whole installation process took great care to keep any disruption to an absolute minimum. The end result was an excellent product installed by a team that went about their work in a most professional manner. Based on our experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Burning Inspirations as a provider of a high-quality advice and installation service.
