Had my car serviced and motd here. Was very satisfied with the cost and how the car was. Slight missfire gone and mot repair work was very fairly priced. Staff came across friendly and informed me of cost and work involved before proceeding with mot work. Well done.

I have been a customer of Burns Motor Company for many years and they have serviced, mot'd and repaired my various cars over those years. I have always found them to be reliable, friendly and they never rip you off. I would highly recommend them.

Porsche Cayenne
Just had my Porsche Cayenne serviced and MOT'd and really happy with the service and price. The team were so helpful and friendly ... i'll definitley go back next year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shocking!!
Had the misfortune of putting my car here for a service and MOT. Got my car back in an un-driveable condition and was told I'd need to get my wheel alignment done after a new track-rod end had been fitted. Drove at 10mph to another garage to get the wheel alignment done but the mechanic there refused to do it as there was something wrong with the car and he suspected the track rod end had not been fitted correctly. Took it back to Burns who later admitted the wrong part had been fitted! No apology, only the arrogant owner telling me how it was an inconvenience for him as he had to get his mechanic to fit the proper part and that he'd also be out of pocket because he wouldn't get his money back on the part they'd incorrectly fitted! I was speechless! He must have told me of his inconvenience about four times. Wasn't bothered that he'd given me a car that was unsafe to drive or that I had to take a day off work to get the problem sorted out. Oh, and then he tried to charge me for the part that they'd incorrectly fitted, aswell as the new part! What else, oh yeah, they didn't put my locking wheel nut removers back in the car when they were finished, I only noticed because it's something I always check for. Not much good to me left sitting in the garage! Again, no apology! In my opinion, I received absolutely shocking service and customer care, the owner's attitude stinks! I would *never* put my car anywhere near this place again!!
