Professional and cost effective
An excellent service from Bury EPC the other week. I was impressed with the cost and also the time taken to get everything sorted. As these assessments are now essential I shall be calling Mr Williams again when I find my next house to rent. He seemed like a thoroughly decent chap who takes pride in his work. Highly reccomended.

Excellent service
