The Workshop Beaver package is a comprehensive suite of software that allows you to track jobs through your workshop from pre-alert, through receipt, and on into the workshop, with time and materials recording, scheduling, completion and invoicing. Workshop Beaver can manage multiple workshops across one or more locations, with automatic and manual routing between those workshops so a job can be processed through a series of workshops with full audit trail throughout.

Workshop Beaver comes as standard with a complete spares stock control system and invoicing. Add on modules include web enabling, purchase ordering, spares order processing, sales and purchase ledgers.
