Absolutely terrible company
Probably the worlds worst courier company. Took 40 days to deliver a 24 hours parcel. There was a week of unprecedented snow before it was despatched but their processes went into meltdown and had to return the parcel to the London sender and have it resent in order to get it to the 'front of the queue'. 900 mile round trip back to the same depot.
