Butler and Company is a newly opened modern salon located in Tudor Arcade in the heart of Dorchester. The salon boasts highly trained staff and pride ourselves on an excellent professional service. We provide the very latest in colouring and cutting techniques whilst using the Redken products. Our focus is to create a warm and friendly atmosphere and to provide outstanding personal service.

Not happy
Was very disappointed. Did not get what I asked for. Hairdressers do not listen to you any more. They just do their own thing. Was very upset when I got home. Looking formyet another hairdresser.

After being let down by my regular hairdresser I was absolutely delighted that the staff at Butler and Company juggled things around to accomodate me as I was going out that evening. I can not fault the salon or the staff in any way and I left the salon feeling very relaxed and very happy with my hair. I would most definately recommend Butler and Company to anyone and I most certainly will be back! Many thanks to Karen and Kerry!

Did not listen to me. Specifically asked not to cut hair short but did the reverse. Hair now sticking up on the crown. Nobody likes it - so depressed. Had to buy a wig until hair grows. Will never go back. Perhaps other clients will have better luck?
