Beddalls - very helpful company
Beddalls are really good, very dependable. Excellent service and dealt with my issue the same day. I have read some of the negative comments above - it is obvious some leaseholders have no idea what their own responsibilities and obligations are under their lease; especially those leaseholders who sublet to awful tenants and then expect others to step in to mop up their mess. Those bad tenants are the problem but they want to blame everyone but themselves.

Poor customer service at Beddalls
Absolutely terrible service - rude staff who take no responsibility for anything. We have had flooding from tenants above, which has also gone down to the flat below. Beddalls contacted to mediate and sort out, but we are getting email responses like this: "Did we put you in touch in November. If so please use those contact details. I am working remotely so do not have the information at my fingertips." (this is pre-lockdown) "Mr role is to put you in touch with each other. I suggest you urgently knock on the door of the flat above as well and let them know." (despite Beddalls knowing that we let out the property) "I am sorry if you do not understand me, but I cannot help you any further with this case, as I have already explained". - so what is the point of a management company??? Absolute rubbish! If there were the option to give zero stars, I would have clicked that.

C Beddall are GREAT if you want to live in a crack den....
They do NOTHING to help it's residents. Our flats are a dumping site, cesspool of crime, home to many dumped and abandoned vehicles and a perfect place to squat or if your a traveller EVEN BETTER! You can park a caravan in their car park for a year with no issue, even if you let your kids defecate outside! It's such a welcoming place for families, take them outside to explore the grounds. Show them how economics work, by watching one of the many drug deals take place in the car park. Or maybe your kid loves to play with questionable industrial waste? If so, C Beddall is the place to be!!!

Excellent company
Very helpful staff and gardens and hallways always clean and tidy. Replied to my email the same day and dealt with my problem.
