Disappointing
I booked again with CI Travel as I had such a good experience with them last year. This year so very different-despite requesting on several occasions for them to only use my new email (the old one had been compromised and so unsafe to use) they kept using the old one. Every time they did I reminded them not to - it made no difference. The last straw was them sending my invoice which included a lot of personal details plus all my holiday information three times on one day to the wrong email address. Unlikely I will ever use them again. They seem completely inefficient and uncaring.
