I was charged £60 for an engineer to literally turn a valve on my boiler and leave. It turned out it didn't fix the problem, so they then quoted £312 to replace the immerser. When I phoned the actual supplier of the boiler heatraesadia they said they would do it for £249 and that included a years warranty. I told CLC this but they wouldn't budge on the price.
