Unhelpful staff. Customer focus clearly has no meaning here. Asked for a free estimate for a complete job, were only willing to quote for part of the job. Asked for a phone call when the contractor was on the way. This did not happen, instead tried to defend himself. Curtly referred me to other businesses who might be happy to offer a free quote. Charming!
