Disappointing.
We feel Cadmonkies lacks integrity. Once the plans were drawn up it took Cadmonkies 3.5 months to submit the planning application despite saying it would be done once paid. We asked about the progress of the application on 2 separate occasions, and was told Cadmonkies would chase this up with the Planning Department, which is odd as it had NOT EVEN been submitted at this stage. When Cadmonkies was confronted on the delay the response was to withdraw the application. This has been a very unpleasant experience for our family, and we feel cheated. Time to start again with a 6 month delay - NOT a happy customer!

Architect. Do not use
I am so disappointed in the service I have received. Initially he was very nice and stated how supportive he would be throughout the build. How closely he would work with the builder. He submitted plans eventually. After j emailed him when j hadn't heard anything for 4 weeks. And neither had the council He then changed the plans without discussion so that the application would be granted. Once plans granted. He was not interested. He replied to my emails bluntly. With poor excuses. And eventually just gave me numbers of others to call for building regs etc. I have since heads from others that they too had received a poor service Builders do not recommend him Other local architects receive a lot of his disappointed customers. To continue the work I have been ripped off but all I can do now is warn others.
