I rang Janet to ask if she made PAVLOVA'S as I wanted a three tier made for my wedding - the following week. I make a great pav myself (trained in Australia!) but simply did not have the time. Boy, did Janet deliver !!! Three of the best 12" pavlova's I have ever tased. Perfect outer and lovely soft meringue inside. I decorated them myself, one with Baileys cream and flaked chocolate, two with kirsch cream topped with strawberries, My guests loved them. Absolutely beautiful wedding cake with a difference. And Janet is a lovely lady. Competitively priced.
