Went here a few times when it used to be the Mogul Palace and it was excellent. Booked in for Christmas with some friends, but needed to cancel. They still took money from me and refuse to give back. Customer service and satisfaction are therefore non-existent. It may well have great food but I certainly won't bother again. My recommendation would be the Indian Cottage in Newport Pagnell, always great food and service.

Calcutta Brasserie bring you a myriad of individual flavours imbued by different regions, delectable cuisine and a rare selection of wines. Together they complement each other perfectly to create an environment of utter gastronomic defence. They pride themselves on the fresh preparation of each dish and the authentic and naturally sourced organic and free range ingredients. They do not use any artifical colouring and use only natural herbs and spices, many of which are imported from India. Set in a converted church, this restaurant has everything. Stunning venue, nice decor, good service and amazing food! Set in the lovely old town of Stony Stratford this is a must visit restaurant. A fan of the Moghul Palace, I have now eaten here twice since it became the Calcutta Brasserie and can tell you that the food quality, always good, is now superb! I can personally highly recommend the Avial (which is almost like a Thai curry), the Gobi Matter and the Urulai Vatakal. A friend also raved about the Chicken Mango Korma.Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful ... what more can I say; book a table and try it! :-)
