I offer one to one, Person Centred Counselling to: individuals, couples or groups. I tend to integrate my work using CBT techniques, (e.g. exploring internal langauge, if this could be helpful to my client), relaxation and creative counselling techniques. I also offer Supervision for counsellors needing to meet BACP standards, or trainee counsellors. Training Courses I offer are; Stress Management, Anger Management, Assertiveess skills, basic counselling skills, and How to Improve your Self-Esteem.
