awful do not use.
I booked a taxi to go the train station as I had a train to catch. The taxi driver turned up but parked halfway down the street instead of anywhere near my house (where there was plenty of space) the first I saw of the taxi was when it was driving away. I called and said what had happened to the operator who said "well he has another job now" he then lied and said "he tried calling you several times." When I challenged this as the driver had not once called me the operator said "oh no he never called but he did text when he arrived". My phone was in my bag so I never heard a text and as I was stood by the door waiting I presumed I would see the taxi upon its arrival. I will never use this firm again. Anyone looking for a taxi in Rugby should use peoples express...luckily I did not miss my train because their driver turned up within minutes, parked right outside my door and got me to my destination nice and quickly. He was also extremely polite.
