About Us...

Welcome to Camelot Holiday Park
Camelot Holiday Park is a quiet countryside park in Cumbria, ideally situated on the A7 (4.5 miles to the M6) it is the perfect place to discover the beautiful Scottish Borders, historic Hadrians Wall and the stunning Lake District which is just a short drive away.

We offer a wide range of holiday homes from all of the main manufacturers so get in touch if you would like more information.

Security is also important to us, we operate a CCTV system and hoave an electronic gate entry.

Our Holiday Homes

At Camelot Holiday Park we have a range of holiday homes available to buy as well as plots available so you can simply pick your new home from manufacturers such as Willerby, Omar, Atlas, Carnaby Caravans, Stately Albion and ABI.

Each holiday home comes with electricity, water and gas already installed. Each home also comes with timber decking and all have their own dedicated parking area. We can even help furnish your new home to your specification.

The site fees annually are £1,800 which is to be paid by monthly instalments of £150 these fees include all local rates, water, waste water and also the maintenance of the grounds. The only other expenses for each home would be the individual usage of gas and electricity. Electric is charged per unit as standard rate and the gas bottles are £65 per 47kg bottle.

Camelot Holiday Park is a fantastic location for your retirement home. We currently have 2 spaces available for residential homes.

We have a range of home options from Stately Albion.

Fishing near the Lake District and the River Esk
Only a few miles from the River Esk and a short journey to the sea, Camelot Holiday Park is a great place for fishing.
fishingreelThe River Esk flows through picturesque countryside typical of the Border area and much of the bankside is wooded with indigenous hardwoods. The river is generally fast flowing and with beds of rock outcrop or pebble shingle with no natural weed growth.

The salmon season opens on 1st April and continues until 31st October and The sea trout season commences on the 1st April and continues until 30th September.
