DIVORCE AND SEPARATION - FREE 1/2 HOUR ADVICE SESSION WEDNESDAYS 2PM UNTIL 5.30PM. TELEPHONE ADVICE IS ALSO AVAILABLE. We have a large Family Department and will carry out Divorce work whether funded privately or under Legal Aid. We also act for unmarried couples whether of the opposite sex or same sex. We deal with Property Disputes and Child Issues. We deal with Local Authority Applications concerning Children. We have seven further sites in connection with different aspects of Family Law all listed under our websites. We have tried to be as accurate as possible about a difficult area of law. We would welcome comments, in particular from any lawyers who read those sites.


CRIME - We represent clients both in Police Stations and Court on Criminal matters. We attend Police Stations on a 24 hour basis. All attendances at Police Stations are free of charge and attendances at Court will be so long as Legal Aid is available and there is no contribution.


WILLS AND PROBATE - We also draw Wills for clients and act on Probate matters.
We can give a free half hour interview in all Family matters and provide free advice by telephone and email in the matters mentioned above. We have free advice sessions on Wednesdays from 2pm until 5.30pm. If you do email us it would be better if you could put a telephone number that we can contact you on. We act for clients throughout the country.
