Great Taxi company
I have used this company for over 6 years and I have had the odd issue with lateness due to the weather. This company is reasonably cheap one of the cheapest in Norwich and they have friendly drivers and controllers. They always try there utmost to meet my needs and have great wheel chair minibuses at a great price to!!

This company is great
I have used this company for over 5 years!! I have had problems, like all taxi companies late due to weather or unforeseen circumstances!! This companies fares are extremely reasonable and they try to give good service!! If you call to find out where your taxi is they can track the driver (art of technology now) it is company policy any taxi journey over £20 they ask for money up front or a credit card payment if you don't do this you wont get a taxi! which is reasonable this day and age and all of the taxi firms in norwich do this!! All of the drivers are extremely friendly and helpful!! I use them nearly every day and its very rare to have a problem!!!

Bad Customer Service
Me and my friends were attending a wedding reception near Norwich and booked an 8 seater taxi to pick us up from the hotel at 8pm. The taxi didnt arrive till 8.40pm and when we rung Canary Tax's up they were unhelpful and unapologetic on the phone. When the driver turned up , instead of apoligising for being late he demanded all the money for the journey up front as we if we were goig to do a runner and also for the journey back. We were so disgusted we cancelled the journey back and went with another firm and we are glad we didnt hand over any money as the same company were due to pick up some friends on the way back and they didnt even turn up, leaving them stranded in the middle of no where at 2am! I would never use this company again and urge others not to do so either. They have never even heard of the term - Customer Service!
