Capital Properties are a local, independent property team based in Gateshead, and Lettings is our business.
Established since 1993 we have gained a wealth of experience in property management throughout the North East and we offer a comprehensive, professional and friendly service to both Landlords and Tenants.
We currently manage over 300 properties and we are happy to carry out a free, no obligation, rent assessment of your investment. We offer both a 'Tenant Find' or 'Full Management' service which can be tailored to suit your requirements and we are sure you will find our charges very competitive.
With our marketing strategy our properties are advertised on both Rightmove and Zoopla.com, the UK's most successful property websites, as well as our own bespoke site. Supported by our own advertising boards and adverts 3 times a week in local newspapers, we have found this proactive approach means our properties are let as quickly as possible.
