Paul is a Customer Service, Leadership trainer, coach and trainer of coaches. He delivers training that makes a personal impact on people, placing massive focus on what each person will do differently. Clients have consistently fed back that Paul is both engaging and utterly dependable. An Occupational Psychologist, he has worked in Training and Development for 15 years. His personal experience in Customer Service roles helped him to design the Alive Customer Experience model. He is a Certified coach (CPCC - ACC), coaching leaders and private clients.
'ACE' is our powerful, straightforward customer-focused model. As well as training, you can use it to recruit, develop and evaluate your Customer Service team. ACE is comprised of 7 principles: the 7 key things that customer need for great customer service. These principles also form a mnemonic, so it's easy for your management follow-up with your team afterwards.
Coaching will help you make your life happen the way you want. If you have something you really want to do, but never quite get round to it, coaching could be for you. Most importantly, our role as coach is to work with what many of us find difficult - staying on track.
