Liars, false advertising
I phoned the car care centre for a quote for a pair of rear shock absorbers for a renault megane after seeing their website "We will not be beaten on price"!! I had phoned a few places so patiently sat back and waited on the return call from car care centre with their quote, I had already been quoted by the other places, Kwikfit fit - £188 and cardonald autocentre - £120. So I phoned the car care centre back as no return call seemed to be coming and got told yes we have your quote, that will be £280!!! Well you can imagine my absolute surprise and shock at this price, so I asked them about their advertising of "we will not be beaten on price" and was told that the 2 prices I had were UNREALISTIC :-O The only price I see unrealistic is the car care centre!

DON'T CARE CAR CENTRE
I bought a daily deal which inc.'full service' but I only got an oil and filter change.Garage wasn't interested in my complaint so I had to get Trading Standards involved.They wouldn't answer my e.mails nor reply to letters from Trading Standards.This has been going on for 2 months.I was going to take them to the Small Claims Court but KGB Deals have refunded my money.Trading Standards though are still active with my complaint.Have nothing to do with them.They were on YELL review site and all but one gave 1 star.I would not use them even if they paid me.They only get 1 star because I cannot give a minus!!!

Worst ever garage
Travelled from Lesmahagow to Glasgow for a service and MOT. When I went to collect my car was told it had been left at the MOT test centre and it was now closed. So was stranded 30 miles from home.Car had no service or MOT. Was told to come back the next day. No offer of a lift home. Unhelpful unprofessional and rude.Will never use again. BEWARE...Had my vehicle mot'd elsewhere and serviced. My vehicle had not been serviced by the Car Care Centre Glasgow and the rubber bushes and arms they said needed replaced were ok but the brakes and handbrake cable was seized along with some other items they apparantly missed... again Beware....

Terrible!
I wish I had read the reviews here before taking my car down. All the negative reviews were exactly like my experience. Bunch of shoddy chancers is probably the best way to describe them! AVOID AT ALL COST!
