using intimidation tactics

The most disgusting service I have ever encountered, repeatedly lying to get more money before damaging my car and pretending it wasn't damaged - the crux was the manager coming the next day and THREATENING ME WITH A CROWBAR for refusing to pay until they fix the damage they have caused to my car, out of fear they were paid and I will take them to court - I have numerous audio recordings and videos for anyone who has any doubt so please reach out as I as many people to see this as possible madbod1357@gmail.com Look deeper into their reviews - I would imagine a lot are fake as others have claimed As evidence of the lies they claimed the windscreen replacement of the car they bought for my car after having its model number and registration - they didn't know it was a convertible and convertibles will take 3 hours of work instead of 1, I wouldn't pay more so they fit the new window in 1 hour
