Friendly and Helpful (if a little disorganised)
Did wonder initially as the setup seemed a little messy. However staff were friendly, called back when they said they would etc etc. I always write my reviews with the end outcome in mind. In this case - I have a car, I got finance and it didn't seem to take that long at all. Guess that makes it a tick for Carmax from me!
