Cheap Groupon deal that went sour

Bought a Groupon deal to service my car but after one phone call this service went from costing £44 to pay another £118 on top, please be advice that after i left my car, i received a call with a serious of issues and the repair was going to cost me £99 when i arrive to collect the car they add 20% to the total!!!! so I paid £118 to the garage and £44 to Groupon and after all this i need to take my car to National and pay £30 so they can Wheel aligne the car due to the work that Carfinders did.... Dear Carfinders - Please note - when you quote for other jobs to be done during service, this jobs should be quoted with vat and not without it, you should advice your customer and not present a bill at the end saying that you trade for so many years and you always did it that way, you are dealing with the public and not with the trade, so prices quoted should always be quoted with vat.
