About Myself

I am a general hypnotherapist and an easibirthing® specialist. I work particularly with pregnant women and support them in birthing techniques. I teach them how to create an ideal mental state to have a calm and easy birth, both ideal for mother and baby. There is a large number of clinical evidence of the benefits of easibirthing® for mother and baby. Pregnant women will benefit through my easy birthing hypnotherapy by reaching a state of deep relaxation, visualisation and mind strengthening

Services

Our aim is to offer you a professional, dedicated and caring service. We generally offer our services on a one to one basis in our office location, however group sessions can be catered for. We can either visit you in your own home, your work place/office location or a venue of your choice providing that it will be quiet and relaxing.

Hypnotherapeutic sessions can support a range of issues beside our specialist service of easibirthing we can work with you on individual goals including developing healthier eating habits, (weight loss, emotional eating and dietary restrictions), relief from insomnia and improved sleeping habits, stopping smoking or overcoming other issues.

Caring Therapies will teach you stress management and relaxation skills that can help you with pain management, and natural childbirth (easibirthing ®), improving self esteem and confidence to help you overcome fears and phobias, increasing motivation, reducing procrastination, and improving organisation skills and much more.
