I moved to a new house in Bridgwater in Feb 2015, and used Carleton Lord for all of the flooring in the house at the recommendation of family members. I am so glad they told me to go with Carleton Lord as the house looks fab - the laminate flooring in the living room is really beautiful and even the builder commented that the vinyl laminate effect in the hallway and kitchen was hard to spot as vinyl! The fitters did a very good job too, all credit to them. One important further point to mention is that their Customer Service is exemplary, they made you feel nothing was too much trouble, they dealt with changes in Completion dates really well, the fitters even stayed late (until 8pm) to make sure they finished the job before we moved in the next day! I really don't think that other retailers would have paid this much care and attention to detail, so I thoroughly recommend you to use them too!
